Refund policy for ScoutAngle match reports

Overview

ScoutAngle sells single-match digital pre-match sports reports. Each purchase unlocks one report for immediate reading on the website.

24-Hour Satisfaction Window

If you are not satisfied with a purchased report, email support@scoutangle.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Please include:

  • The payment email used at checkout.
  • The report name or report link.
  • The order identifier or receipt information if available.
  • A short note explaining the issue.

Review and Processing

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, the refund is processed through Creem, our merchant-of-record and payment processor. Refund timing may depend on Creem, your bank, and your payment method.

Digital Access

Because reports are digital content delivered immediately after checkout, we may decline refund requests that show abuse, duplicate claims, chargeback misuse, or requests made outside the 24-hour window unless required by law.

No Outcome-Based Refunds

ScoutAngle reports are sports analysis and entertainment content. Refunds are not based on whether a match result, scoreline, or probability view later matches the final outcome.
